Virtus Services Ltd offers Spring and Winter Maintenance on Commercial properties only.
Spring Maintenance will consist of Parking lot sweeping and removal of gravel, Lawn and garden bed weekly/by weekly maintenance, clean the parking lot/lawn and garden bed areas of normal litter and debris (any large garbage removals may be subject to added expense), power rake and spring/mid-season fertilizing available.
Winter Maintenance will consist of Snow removal in parking lot areas upon availability, removal of snow off site (added expense), sidewalks removed of all snow, Salt or ice melt any sidewalks or high traffic areas, Salt containments for staff use available.
